Current Favourites. ♥

Sunday, 23 July 2017

Hey lovelies, I adore reading these types of post, and last time I discussed my Current Favourites with you all, you all really enjoyed it, so I thought it was about time I shared my new, and updated Current Favourite beauty, home, fashion and lifestyle items with you all.♥

♥ Oliver Bonas 'Little Things' Trinket Dish - £11 - available here
If you read my pretty, Rose Gold Homeware Haul, (you can read that here), you'll know I'm obsessed with all things girly, and rose gold homeware at the moment and I made my first Oliver Bonas order recently. I literally wanted to buy every, single item and spend my life savings on their homeware. It's just all, SO pretty. I picked up this cute little trinket dish that is marble, pink and rose gold (omg beauty blogger heaven right?!) it was only £11 and it sits so prettily on my dressing table, I just can't stop admiring it!

♥ Oliver Bonas Saskia the Cat Ring Holder - £9.50 - available here
I also picked up the adorable, Saskia the Cat Ring Holder which is honestly SO CUTE. I'm actually so much more of a dog person, but the pink, rose gold and white girly detailing had me swooning as soon as I spotted this little beauty. You will probably see it appear in so many of my Instagram and blog photographs as it's become my new favourite blog prop! I can't deal with the cuteness, oh and it makes a pretty good ring holder too!

♥ Revlon Highlighting Palette 'Rose Glow'* - £9.99 - available here
Do you peep my new favourite blog props in the background? Told you I'm obsessed! Anyway, onto one of my next current favourites and that is a stunning Revlon Highlighting Palette in 'Rose Glow' - how cute is the name though? This little beauty is a blush and a highlight rolled into one and it is SO perfect for Summer! Upon first use I instantly fell in love with this beautiful palette. It is a dream to apply as it so lightweight, and silky soft to use on your skin. The pigmentation is fantastic, I'm wearing the blush in this selfie on my Instagram page, and you can see after just one application, it has really lovely results. With just one swirl of this onto the apples of my cheeks, I'm instantly given an even, radiant, healthy, summery, golden, rosy glow and I just can't get enough of using this! For just £9.99 it is so affordable too! I really recommend it if you're looking for a new blush/highlighter for Summer.

♥ Yankee Candle - Summer Scoop - £11.99 - available here
Yes, it may be Summer but I'm still a sucker for a good, old lit candle. I adore having new scents and fragrances in my home and with warmer weather obviously brings a variety of new candle scents! One I'm really loving at the moment is the Yankee Candle Summer Scoop candle, not only is it pink (winner), but it is such a gorgeous, summery scent. It reminds me of strawberry ice cream, and is such a sweet scent to have in your home on a hot summers day! It's a very fruity and sweet scent, but that is right up my street. If you haven't tried this one before, it's honestly lush.

♥ Revlon Nail Enamel x Michelle Keegan Nail Polishes - (from left to right) Passionate*, Pink Nude*  Revlon Red* - £6.49 each - similar shades available here.

I've been alternating between these three stunning Revlon Enamel nail polishes over the past month and I'm in love with wearing them. I've always been a huge fan of Revlon nail polish, the quality is amazing, they have a wide variety of colours and they last for so long without chipping! This cute selection of polishes were picked out by Michelle Keegan (who is a major babe!) as her favourites, and I have to agree the shades had me falling in love! They're a dream to apply, and boast of a silk protein shield, that makes applying the polishes feel luxurious, smoothing out uneven streaks, brush marks or bubbles. These shades are so complimenting, pigmented and glossy! The brighter shades Passionate and Revlon Red, only need 1-2 coats for full, even coverage and the Pink Nude shade needs 2, as expected with a lighter shade. I can only compare the results after application, as similar to that of a gel manicure, with shine and glossiness out of this world. Best of all these nail polishes can last up to 10 days!!!! And they're not kidding, with the lovely Revlon Top and Base Coat, the nail polishes have always lasted me at least 8 days, without chipping! *squeals, and runs to buy every shade in existence*. If you want chip free, gel like nail polish, you have to try these!

♥ Paige Toon - The Last Piece of My Heart Book - £2.99 - available here
I'm really enjoying reading at the moment. Whether it's coming home and chilling in the garden, in the sunshine, listening to music, with a good book in hand, or just before bed as part of my new evening routine, I'm just LOVING reading. I often go through phases of enjoying reading, but I'll always be a little book worm at heart. Nothing pleases me more than getting lost into a good book! I'm currently reading the lovely Paige Toon's new release which is called 'The Last Piece of My Heart' I haven't finished it yet, so no spoilers, pretty please! But I'm really enjoying it so far. I always fall in love with Paige's books, and often finish them within a few days, because they're that good! Every time Paige releases a book, I buy it. She is one of my all time favourite authors, I often read her books on holiday too, as she's a real chick lit author, with page turning storylines, and plots. If you haven't read her stuff before, you're seriously missing out! I totally recommend her novels, they're all amazing, so I don't recommend any in particular as I love them all so much! Just read her stuff, and thank me later.
♥ Miss Selfridge Pink Scallop Sliders - £18 - available here
If you read my blog often, or you stalk my Instagram (which you can follow here, btw) you'll know I purchased the red pair of these scallop sliders a while back, and was obsessed with them. So when I noticed that Miss Selfridge had released a bright pink pair, I had to have them ASAP. They're so pretty and comfy to wear, I love the scallop detailing. They add a splash of girliness and colour to any outfit. I'm obsessed!
♥ Bondi Sands Liquid Gold - Self Tanning Dry Oil - £14.99 - available here
I couldn't write this post without mentioning yet another product from my new favourite fake tan brand - Bondi Sands. I'm a relatively new Bondi Sands fan, I tried their Dark Tanning Foam (which is the best fake tan I've ever used, full review here) way back in March and I've been hooked ever since. I cannot wait to try their new Tan Eraser, which sounds amazing! Let me know if you'd like a full review of that. Anywho, I tried the Liquid Gold Self Tanning Dry Oil around a month and a half ago to see what all the fuss was about, and I love it. It's the perfect, quick, simple, no fuss tanner, that doesn't require you to wash off the tan, after you've applied, 6 hours later.

It's a really interesting product. It's oil based, and is incredibly easy to use, you simply spritz out the oil formula, onto your tanning mitt and apply in circular motions until you reach your desired level of tanned goddess. It dries almost instantly, and develops in just 2-3 hours, so you are given much quicker results than the Dark Tanning Foam from the Bondi Sands range. However, what makes me love the Dark Tanning Foam just that little bit more, is the fact that it gives darker results, and lasts that little bit longer. I've been enjoying using this to keep my Dark Tanning Foam application, topped up, if that makes sense, so I tan weekly using my favourite Bondi Sands Dark Tanning Foam, which lasts until the following week, but to keep me looking super tanned and bronzed, and to make my tan last up to 2 weeks, I simply spritz this in areas that need a little bit of love, and tan and I'm good to go. I really like the coconut scent, it doesn't smell biscuity and it's the perfect tanning product to use alongside my Bondi Sands Dark Tanning Foam, as it's so simple and fuss free to use. Using this alongside my lovely Bondi Sands Dark Tanning Foam, allows me to have tanned, bronzed skin for up to two weeks before it starts to fade naturally. It's an amazing brand, if you haven't tried their products, YOU NEED TO. NOW!

So that is my Current Favourites!
